Wall Fountain. The wall fountain is the final type of indoor fountain you can purchase. Generally in the form or sculpted rock, these fountains usually have a flat surface which the water can run over and produce a slick, almost filmy appearance. Other varieties of this type of indoor water fountain also exist, such as the photographic or painted style where the water flows over a picture of some sort for a very unique and interesting look.
